If you are trying to use the website version of online TM47 (90days report) reporting, and you cannot pass through the first page.
If you found you cannot click/tap the [accept] button (disabled), and it seems you can do with only the [decline].
Make sure you tik the "*I have read and fully understand the above terms and conditions and agree to accept them" check box.
If you don't see any check box, scroll down inside the box in the middle (the text area that starts with "Apply for Notification of residence when staying in the Kingdom over 90days.") to the bottom, then it would appear.
Most of you would know this without being aware and go into the 'main' page. Still, I remember some people weren't aware of this check box and thought they were not eligible to use the system.
You can find tips sorted by admins/mods for trouble during the later process.
I hope this can help maybe one or two of all you members.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A tip for completing the online TM47 (90-day report) is to ensure that you check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions before proceeding. If the checkbox is not visible, scroll down in the text area to find it. Some users have reported difficulties after this step, stating their applications were pending or unrecognized despite multiple attempts. It's advised to seek assistance from the local Immigration office if issues persist.
