How can I make online appointments for immigration offices in Bangkok given the current link issues?

We are aware that the link to online appointments for immigration offices in Bangkok from the top page of the Immigration Bureau website is currently not working.
You can try the link from the "Online Service and Public Guide" page on the website of the Bangkok Office, not from the top menu "Queue Online" if you want. Since this is another new system for online booking, you need to see if it's working okay for you by yourself. At least the booking information seems to be correct so far..

I tried to make an appointment a few days ago (entered my email and then the OTP verification number) but the date I wanted wasn't available yet. When I tried again, today, with the same email, I'm not getting the OTP to verify. Any suggestions? Should I keep trying or can you only use the email address once?
