Just pointing out you don't automatically get 7 days to leave. Either you leave that day OR you apply for an extension of stay {1900thb} and its denied giving you 7 days to leave Or you apply for the 60 day covid extension in you apply before Nov 26th
Beth Mac Deb Pati may be an Indian national and as such, basing his answer on incorrect terminology, may be partially right if he thinks he's refeing to the visa on arrival (15 days non extendable not 30bdays) as opposed to the visa exempt scheme. Anyway. He's wrong,
Both need to go for the 60 day tv and extension. Can be argued that the kid doesn't need a visa (assuming you can both get visa exempt) as they can't be fined or banned, by that I mean they need it but nothing will happen if they dont
Just to add to that,,, and this is Phuket, they re did my 90 day report when I applied for my one year extension, even though I'd just done it like 3 weeks previously.
Land borders are still closed. Last day to get Covid extension is November 26th. That will take you through to January 25th (ish). In that time you can ask your employer to speak to the immigration office in their area to see if you can change to Non B in country or to extension based on Employment. Worst they can do is say no. Other than that, I suggest you follow the advice already given from your posts in June
