Al you can do is apply before 31st December see what they give you. Nothing has been sait about the length of the extension they wil be given out (to clarify) just that the define has been moved by 30 NOT the usual 2 months at a time. Hope that makes sense

not been gazetted yet so still time to change, but has been extended to December 31st. After that nobody knows, but, this extension of the deadline is only 30 days this time (as opposed to the usual 60 days) so may well be coming to an end.

You may ned to make use of your initial 30 day extension first before your immigration office allows you to move on to the covid extension! You need to ask your local immigration office if they will allow this.

The landlord is responsible for the tm30. As long as the address you put on the Tm7 matches what the landlord has recorded on the tm30 then you don't really need anything.
