Hi! We have 2 visa questions, if anyone can help...

1) We organised a 60 day visa before arriving. And have just been to Krabi immigration to have it extended. They extended by 30 days. They said we could come back for the covid 60 day extension before 25th January. She said this date might be postponed (again) by the government. Which would be great, as our current visa doesn't expire until 6th February. We've tried to find reliable information about this, but no luck. Any suggestions?

2) They also charged us for our two children, ages 6 & 8, 1900 baht each for a 30 day extension. Which we happily paid, following the rules! But found out today that children under 12 do not need visa (extensions) in Thailand. Is this correct? And if so, should we try and speak to Krabi immigration? 3800 baht it a lot of money for us! Especially if taken "incorrectly".

Thanks in advance for any help. 🙏🏼🇹🇭☺️

Hi, is it still possible for a US passport holder to enter Thailand on a 30 day visa exemption and then extend for another 30 days in immigration there? I've read some reports that this is no longer the case.

I’m looking at apply for my Non 0 IMM multiple visa again based on marriage to Thai national.

Has anything changed for the application due to covid situation?

Hi everyone, I flew in from India on a tourist visa to stay with my parents in thailand (neither one is thai). I was told before flying I'll get 3 extensions for 270 days, but it turns out stv visa is a different type even though I submitted the same documents. How many extensions is it possible to get on this, can this be converted to another visa for a longer stay, and how can this be done?

60 day covid extension update - CM. My last extension expires on Feb 28. Since I hadn’t heard about the Immigration allowing extension requests past January, I went to try an extension. To my surprise I was able to extend until end of April. I have to go back in Mar 15 to get additional 45 days, but no problem. I entered Thailand on a business visa, so not sure if that played any role.

Hello everyone.

I just came back from the immigration in Lampang where I tried to get the 60 days covid extension. I'm holding a non b visa valid until the end of next month.

Is Jan 29th still the deadline for this extension? Because they told me to return in the middle of next month closer to the expiration of my visa. I told them about the deadline but they said it will not be a problem for my case (whatever they mean by that).

Anyone had similar experience?

Thank you

Hello wonderful people.

Quick visa newbee question. Currently in Thailand on a regular tourist visa. My extension is due on feb 9 and will give me another 30 days. Can i apply for another extension after, since doing a border run is not an option?

Hi, I am looking for advises. I am a 28 French and currently on an ED Visa that end on November 28th. The Hua Hin immigration gave me a TM7 form for when it ends to switch to exempt until 28 December (I think?) but what comes after?

Without covid I would get a new ED or a TR but now I have no ideas, cannot do exempt run too right? I have quite a lot of money but Im too young for a O Visa...
