What are the current quarantine requirements for traveling from Thailand to Singapore as of December 14?
As of 14 December, it will be possible to fly to Singapore, via VTL , from Thailand without quarantine... 2 x PCR tests... one before travel and after landing..

No certainty you can obtain a new Thai visa in Singapore...the new online evisa system will issue visas.

Actually, theoretically, could you apply for the e-visa within thailand,then, fly out and fly back in?... I know this is probably a dumb question... but looks possibleJames ********

that is assuming you can be issued an evisa while in Thailand or Singapore.A huge question unanswered at this time.

Biggest thing i dont get is some place are asking for flight details. If the visa is valid for 90 days you may already be in another country, lots of fine details still need working out

Nightmare . Thailand better get used to having Less foreigners in the country. Most thais will be happy . But the government won't. $$$$$$
