Hello. Going to Kuala Lumpur for a non b on April 9th. Anyone got up to date experience on the appointments system? Is picking up the pasdport by appointment only? Cheers

Just to be safe. Like i did. Do your dropping visa appointment and your collecting visa appointment before you travel.

So like what i did was:went to the link to get the appointment for dropping the documents. And then you click on get a new ticket. Then it shows you the option of visa collecting. And just choose the time for your appointment. Thank god i did that because my phone wasnt working in kl.

Application is also on appointment system, check their website and print out the checklist and application form, fill them in and sign to make sure you got all the requirements.

Yes. Once you have lodged your application, you then receive a text to your mobile to say that you can go and collect the visa.

You will therefore need to make sure you have a mobile number that can be accesed in Malaysia
