Does the 400000thb need to come from abroad. Money has now seasoned for appropriate length of time.

Nope, there is no requirement that the 400K baht banked money comes from abroad when applying for a new yearly extension based on marriage. Just that it's been in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before the date you apply for the extension
