It's also an unfairly cheap visa for such a long time. Could be said to take away the value of the elite Visa which now also have increased tremendously in price.

Maybe that's why they make you dot your L:s and dash your S:s when you apply.

The hotel have 24 hours to file the TM 30... So, reasonably you should stay a few days and you should ask for the TM 30 when you' check in.

Anonymous participant 782 to go to immigration in Bangkok to do a 90-day report takes about 3-5 hours all-in-all of your day and it's a real hassle.

Other provinces have a drive-in and you're done in minutes.

How long time do we actually need to physically review your personal data? Maybe 1 hour? This implies a queue work just waiting

I mean clearly this is some of the money making business... So they could just hire and train people to do this job. Or even put it out on commission with task workers they get paid per review.

Make sure that the condo owner agrees to do filing of TM 30...

if you have exempt entry 60 day you can get 30 day extension at any immigration office in Thailand. No the restriction is that you only can get that one time a year (?)

Some people have previously done border runs and go out and come back and get another exempt entry another 60 days but this is being frowned on and people are more and more refused entry at least for several of these.

it's funny that we use computers to punish people instead of help us find errors...

I mean reasonably if the name you typed doesn't match the electronic scan they should highlight it and then you can either of them or rescan

it took 2 hours waiting in Bangkok a year ago...

And it takes 1 hour to get there and 1 hour to get back...
