How relevant is the location of Cooking school or gym? Does the application ask for documents like hotel reservation? Some of us live with friends or on a boat in the south, but the school is in Bangkok for example

I have TM30 scenario and don’t know where else to ask.

I’ve been asked to move into a house that is inside a Thai army base.

My concerns are:

Is that even plausible? I can see a farang going into immigration with a military address on a TM47 and it being a problem.

The TM30 itself can be created by the resident of that home? No lease, family if you will. I’ve had to create my TM30s in my current location, so I suspect that might not be a problem other than being located on military grounds.
