Hello! Just arrived in BKK. Need to open a bank account to deposit funds to convert visa to Non-immigrant O visa. Here with my daughter holding ED visa. When do I need to start my application to extend to a year visa? Should I be thinking of hiring an visa agent? Thank you 🙏

Anyone got any decent schools/visa agents that are legit?

Other than certain companies offering visas with no attendance for 90k and schools requiring physical attendance in one place for 12 months with very strict requirements (I miss 1 day and I get my visa revoked and have to leave within 24 hours ) I'm struggling to find a reputable company I can either learn muay Thai with or do the online classes.

They recommend the DTV visa but I haven't earnt the 80k USD in 2 years due to travelling / working as a scuba diver.

I have the 500k baht cash requirement but none of the extra requirements back dating 2 years. $40,000 earned income per year X2.

I'm happy to attend to my requirements but I would like to move locations every couple months so I believe the online method would be the best for me as I'm in the process of setting up my company via my computer and can work from anywhere.

Id love to hear your thoughts.

Can anyone tell me why there are 2 immigration offices in chiang khan? There seems to be one called Loei immigration and another called chiang khan?
