My DTV (soft power) was submitted on 22/3/2026 and changed to "Pending Approval" on 24/3/2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam. I hoped that I could get a visa today but the status was still "Pending Approval".

Is it the normal process or what happens ?? The embassy is busy or they accidentally skip my visa file or something??

I am worried. Please advise me. Thank you in advance.

Has anyone had a rejection in Warsaw? I've been waiting for about three weeks and it still says "pending approval." I don't want call them and rush but finally if I saw "pending approval" I was thinking that after day or two it will be approved...

I just applied for the DTV in Mexico City Embassy

Submitted all my documents and they had one document request where I had to post my CV three examples of work experience and then three examples of payment of income . I submitted that this morning and within two hours, my status changed to pending approval.

My concern is here with the three months that I submitted for financials

$15,808.48 December

$16,764.36 January

$22,486.22 February

When I submitted my application two days ago, my December financials were about $800 over the ฿500,000 now today with the conversion: ฿499,259

Since I am in the pending approval status is that still a good sign or do I have a major risk of being denied?

My status was Pending Approval for 1 day and now it's back to Pending Document Check. Is this normal by any chance? I already submitted everything they requested. This gives me such anxiety ngl :(

Anyone else in HCMC whose status has been “pending approval” for several days(more than 5 working days)? I have seen some get it in 5 days from start to finish and some seem to be waiting for several weeks lately.

Applied for a dtv soft power on the 11th December and used a reputable agent as well. No additional docs requested and showing as pending approval status.

Agent keeps telling me to be calm and patient, which I know they are rights however the anxiety is getting worse each day.

I just wanted to see if anyone else is in a simile position right now, specifically in Cambodia?

I applied for my dtv in Loas! (I’m still here) The process has now been over 2 weeks so far. They requested extra documents on Dec 22nd. I sent it immediately and they requested more documents on Christmas and I send immediately. On the 26th my status changed to “pending approval” and now nothing. Now I pay my hotel by day because I have no idea when to expect to hear back. I have 2 questions 1. Anyone have an estimate of how long it can take to hear back after “pending approval.

2. Does pending approval means your stuff is checked already or they will now check and you can expect to be rejected.

I just got my DTV this morning🤗 There was no interview request. I just woke up to an interview that I’m approved with my approval attached.

I applied from Jakarta, had an interview. The status is Pending Approval since 19 Dec, 2025.

How long it takes to have final decision from this status?

Are DTV applications in Jakarta taking very long?

It has been total 3 weeks from application date and status is pending approval. My visa here will be expired on 28th Dec.

I applied at the Vientiane embassy (workation), and the status changed to “Pending Approval” on Friday. Does this mean they will schedule an interview soon? Because I haven’t received any interview invitation by email yet
