I live in Hua Hin and have a 1 year Non-O extension which is guilty to 31th of August 2025. I think it is possible to get a new 1 year extension 45 days before this date. That means I get a new extension 18th of July 2025.
But now I wonder if the new extension will be guilty to 18th of July 2026 or 31th of August 2026. Is there anyone who know this for sure ?
I’m applying for DTV with cooking school in Bangkok but I’m going to be staying in Hua Hin. Unfortunately no schools in Hua Hin but as the classes are 1 day a month I’d travel to Bangkok for them and stay overnight. Will this be an issue for the application if the place I’m staying in is not in the same location as the school?
I have retirement visa on my passport and I would like to transferre it to my other passport (different nationality). I was told I need to leave Thailand and enter with tourist visa and in Thailand I will start the process al over again with the new passport. Has anyone done this?
Marriage Visa: Is it required that the 400K Baht needs to be sent from a foreign bank, and do you need a certificate from bank that the money has been transferred from a foreign account?
How long do I need to wait before I can spend this 400K Baht "after" I've already got the 1 year extension?
Hello! We are on our first 20 days of a 60 day tourist visa. We would like to extend it a further 30 days and were wondering which would be the best way:
1. Do it now, while in a vacation rental in Ao Nang, as we leave in 2 weeks for a friend’s empty house in Pattaya.
2. It is fine to wait until Pattaya, staying at a friend’s place versus a rental will not matter much.
3. Just do a visa run instead since it is our first time in Thailand and unlikely to get denied for a single run.
Quick question. My visa is valid until May 25th. I have a flight to another country on May 26th at 1:30 AM. Can I go to the airport earlier and pass through immigration before midnight on May 25th?
My WP is expiring within few days, but my annual extension of stay till mid July with multiple re-entry stamp. My company is not able to renew my WP. If I leave the country and come back will the visa be accepted still? What is the best and cheapest solution? Thank you 🙏
Does anyone know any Muay Thai gyms in Hua Hin that’ll accept my DTV visa?
I’ve used the 60 days free visa I get from the uk 3 times within the last 8 months and want to come again in July. Would i get stopped for coming again too many times even if I can prove my money?
