I want to stay in thailand 5 months and also get health insurance this year. Last trip I could stay for 6 months. Every 60 days made border run to Cambodia.from Pattaya very easy. Can I do this this year ?

i applied for a DTV at the London embassy on 1st December 2025. My flight was originally scheduled for today (31st December 2025). The application has been stuck on "Pending Document Approval" since I applied. I tried emailing and messaging the embassy on facebook, to no avail.

I have since cancelled the flight out to Thailand as I had no choice but to cancel outside of 24 hrs notice.

My question are, what are my options now? I have already submitted my flight and accommodation information as requested - which shows me flying out today (31st December). The embassy have no way of knowing that I've cancelled my flight.

Will they just reject my application and I lose the application fee?

Any help is appreciated. Happy new year.

Hi, a further question about seasoning of funds for a retirement visa: What happens if you leave Thailand before the three month period after the extension has elapsed? Immigration would be unable to verify that you kept 800k in your account for the required 3 months. Does your extension get cancelled?

90 days report can be done from 76-97th day of your stay. What if I leave on 91-96th day of my stay? Do I still have to report?

I will stay in Thailand for 30 days, Exit for Philippines for 6 days,

and Go back to Thailand for 60 days and will go home.

* My second trip to Thailand will be in September for 2 months.

Can I travel inside Thailand while my non O marriage Visa is under consideration? This is our 7th consecutive one. Will I have to do a new TM30 since we always return to our same address.?

I just asked for the local custom officer in Jakarta, they said 24th 25th 27th 28th 31th December and 1th January are day off.

Do you have to book an onward ticket with DTV? I'm filling out my TDAC and it asks for departure information.
