I sent my request yesterday for the visa (being outside of Thailand) and I planned to go in Thailand this Sunday.

As a French citizen, I can go there 60 days without visa.

My question is: do I have to stay outside of the country while they treat my request ?

Hi everyone, i got a TDAC for last week as i was transiting thru bangkok to Vietnam, as a precaution.

I didnt need it, but im going to bangkok on friday and staying a few days.

Will i need to re apply or can i use the one i already have?

I’m looking to get a DTV visa. I talked to a lady and she will send me to Cambodia with my documents and one day later I return to Thailand and enter on tourist visa. She says 14 days later I will get the stamp in my passport. Does that sound right?

Most people wait outside Thailand and then enter with the visa. Right?

She showed me she do this all the time no problem.

Hi all. It's my first time working as a teacher in Thailand, I got a non-B visa from Laos. My work permit is short and will expire on 30th September, however my non-B will expire on 4th November! Is it true I have to exit Thailand when my work permit expires or can I stay in Thailand till the non-B visa expires in November?

A saw a post saying the 90 day window for reporting had been reduced from 14 days to 7. None of the official sites reflect this and I've not seen any other reports, can anyone whos reported recently confirm the change?

If the embassy decides to give a 6 month visa instead of 5 year DTV cuz they seem it's a better fit for the person, shouldn't they basically refund the rest of the fees cuz that's what they will tag it as in the government portal?

Question about doing the TDAC, we’re doing our first DTV border bounce this weekend to Malaysia. When returning what should we put as country of residence, our home country or Thailand since we have been here 6 months and rent a long term condo?
