Got all my stuff. Tm30 visa bank account. Went 2 immigration noticed I needed pi tures went downstairs had pictures taken. There was a lady there with passports and bank books there filling out tm7s. She said she could do mine even though my 800k was only in for a couple days. What's up with that? Should I wait or pay her 27k baht to expedite?
I arrived in Thailand about 1 month ago on a 60 day visa exemption stamp. I stayed for 30 days in an Airbnb apartment, and my landlord didn't file a TM30 form. For the next 30 days I will stay in another condo where the landlord is going to file a TM30 form. If I go to the Jomtien immigration office to extend my stay will I be fined 1600 baht for not having a registration at the first place I stayed? Thanks.
I understand that the 90 day reporting must be done in person for the very first time, however, in my situation I travel outside of Thailand every couple of months which resets my 90 days and therefore I will never have to go to immigration to report in person. Any issues with this, i.e. never completing the first reporting at an immigration office in person? TIA
Arriving next week on a DTAC, total length of trip is 21 nights, I was intending to spend all in Thailand but now plan to visit friends in KL for 2 nights, returning to BKK to fly home.
I know this is not asking for visa advice, but as it's somewhat related I hope you don't mind. I am considering applying for a Thai passport next year on the points system. I know most of the requirements not I looking for clarification on some of them and help with the process.
Hi all, with the 90 check in I know your first time has to be in person which I did, then in August o left and came back now I have to do my check in again but it got rejected online, do I have to go to in person again everytime I leave? And come back?
I have the one year retirement visa. Am spending 6 weeks back in USA right now. I paid for multiple re-entries. When I return to Thailand, I know I need to get the TDAC. Do I need a TM 30?
Also if a friend or relative from USA visits me just for two weeks, do they need a TM 30?
