I received my DTV visa approval in December. Now, I'm looking to sign a long-term condo lease. Do I need a copy of my TM-30 when signing a one-year lease for a monthly condo rental? If so, what other documents are required?

Happy New Year folks.  

I am moving from Pattaya to BKK. 

I have never rented before as we own our condo here so this is new territory.  

I know when I arrive I have to report my new address within 24 hours.  I already have a place and will move in and get the lease on Monday.  Am I correct that all I require from the owner is the lease in my name and a copy of their ID card?  Or is more required from them?
