Do I need a TM-30 to sign a long-term condo lease in Thailand?

I received my DTV visa approval in December. Now, I'm looking to sign a long-term condo lease. Do I need a copy of my TM-30 when signing a one-year lease for a monthly condo rental? If so, what other documents are required?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When signing a one-year condo lease in Thailand with a DTV visa, you typically do not need a TM-30 to finalize the rental contract. The primary required documents are a copy of your passport and your visa stamp. However, it is advisable to ensure that the condo owner agrees to file the TM-30, as this is necessary for immigration purposes once you move in.

Rented a number of places and all they require is copy of passport and visa stamp. As the other poster mentions. The TM30 is what they give you. Ensure it is agreed they will complete it and update it each tome you leave country and return.
