All sorted now took the taxi bike man (friend) all day, as immigration wanted papers that we didn't have from hospital then the TM30 form from hotel, any way all done now 30 day visa time then to sort out retirement visa.

 The wife is with me in hotel so she's ringing around trying to sort things out with doctors, medical staff and hotel staff.
