Hi. Sorry not really visa advice , but sort of connected.
What's people's views or recommendations really on health insurance providers. 65 nearly. Had some past issues but don't mind excluding that as just at the stage of keeping an eye on things as hopefully fully cured. Don't mind a policy with excess etc but just would like some genuine advice from people with current genuine experience in this matter. Don't really want to be clicking on random website ads.

Any advice on best travel insurance company to use for travelling from Thailand to USA? Most UK/European providers need you to depart and return from/to your ‘home’ country.
Which health insurance company do you recommend for being in Thailand on DTV (up 6 months in a year not to hit tax residency) - and not spend fortune on it.
The O-A visa requires a health insurance policy, that covers 400,000 baht for inpatient and 40,000 baht for outpatient coverage from certified health insurance companies.
I would like to save a little with the premiums of the health insurance policy.

As a DTV holder has anyone successfully purchased Motorbike Insurance? I’m told that as it is still categorised as a “Tourist Visa” that Insurance companies may not insure!🙏👍 also I’ve only held my Thai Motorbike License for less than one year.
How easy / straightforward is it to get a health insurance cover locally if you’re on a DTV visa? Any recommendations on reliable providers? Or should I be taking out WW or nomad health insurance from home country?
