TLDR : Answer Summary
When completing the 90-day online reporting in Thailand, you should enter the date of your last entry into the country. If your last entry was in November 2023, that is the date you need to provide. Additionally, ensure your TM30 reporting is current to avoid rejection of your 90-day report.

It's what I have always put and I have had no issues. Make sure your tm30 is up to date or your 90 day on line will be rejected.

It’s the date of your last entry in to Thailand. If that was in November’23 then put that date. If you’ve since been out and returned then put the date you last entered.
