I have to do my 90-day online report by the 31st of May, then my retirement visa renewal by the 15th of July.
Is it just a case of doing the on-line report and then go to the office to renew the visa. on the dates I've mentioned.
Thanks in Advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about completing their 90-day online report due by May 31 and renewing their retirement visa by July 15. Comments suggest that the online report must be done between 14 to 10 days prior to May 31, and the visa renewal can be started up to 30 to 45 days in advance. An additional comment indicates the user received confirmation for their extension but must report online again by August 19, despite the retirement visa expiry on July 15.

๐๐Have now received the second email confirming the extension of stay approved, strangely it does say need to report online again 19th Aug, but my retirement Visa expires on the 15th July
there is no coordination between visas, extensions, exiting the country, and 90 day reports. It's simply a blind 90 day calendar.

Don't do your Visa (I assume you mean Extension of Stay) "renewal" on the last day, it can be done up to at least 30 days in advance (45 in some places).

My extension of stay expires on the 15th July

That is not a Visa but your new application for an Extension of Stay can be submitted at least 30 days before 15-Jul.
it's for my 90 day online report for my retirement visa. I've done the online report now, I was just wondering what they will say after the online report and me having to go there to renew my 1 year retirement visa.
OK so you are not renewing anything, you are applying for a new Extension of Stay based on retirement (by meeting the financial requirements) which can be done up to 30 days (or 45 days) before your current stamp expires. Do not wait until the last day as your original post suggests you will do.

If you're 90-day report is due May 31st then you need to do it online between 14 and 10 days before that date which would be now.
