Depends on the office that it gets routed to but in general it shouldn’t be more than a couple of working days to process.

Just the address of your first place of stay would be ok.

You don’t need a return or onward ticket for a Non O visa. A non O is not multiple entry. You’d need a re-entry permit if you wish to leave before the 90 days to keep your current stamp date valid.

In theory you’re not supposed to work on a Non O retirement visa but if doing so remotely then no one would know.

You do not have to have the same visa as your spouse.

Not sure where you read information on the Non OA / OX but they are multiple entry visas and don’t require re-entry permits for the duration of the visa.

Certainly able to DIY if you have the bank account and relevant funds. Check your local immigration office for their list of requirements.

Depends on the office you are going to use and the reason for the Non O you received.

Sorry I should have qualified it. It’s transfers from your account using their mobile banking app.

Yes you can do in branch. It’s all about the app and face recognition. As foreigners don’t have access to the face recognition system (no idea why) then they limit transfers out of you account.

In person at a branch with a passport you can do what you like.
