I'm not sure whether this is the appropriate site to ask the following question, I hope so. My 90 day Report is due soon, I just paid my rent, asked for a new TM30 for doing the Report, now the place where I stay tells me: "the system is down, we've been struggling since yesterday". Our company actually do it on our behalf, but we have to supply the correct documentation, etc, in order for them to make the TM47 application.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem lately, I really don't want to pay a B500 per day once it expires!
Any advice will be appreciated!

Yes,at some offices you can travel in Thailand and do the next 90-days report if returning to the last reported address. This is the case in Chonburi immigration in Jomtien.
You’ve got some wires crossed somewhere. You don’t pay 500 baht per day if you fail to report a 90 day filing. You could be subject to a 2,000 baht fine if late but that’s whether you’re 8 days late or 80 plus days late.
Completely office dependent. Some don’t care if you are returning to your main address even from overseas. Some require if returning from overseas. Some will require a new filing if you’ve stayed in a hotel or hospital for a night.
