Even though you were scammed by an agent, unfortunately, there is nothing that Thai Immigration can do to help you. Their line is YOU are solely responsible for your legal stay and visa status in Thailand. Your only course of action is to leave Thailand asap by air, pay your fine 20,000thb and accept your ban. There is nothing you can do about the ban. Don't believe any agent as they nearly all lie all the time.
