My landlord refused to do a tm30. We went to immigration to get information on how do it ourselves and they gave the below handout. Went to immigration today with the documents and sure enough they did a TM28 for us instead of a TM30. I assume no issue at 90 day reports and retirement extension time
Just a quick question about something I'm still confused. Do I need to renew my TM30 report everytime when I leave Thailand after my 180 days on a DTV Visa.
I live at the same place so the adress and everything will be the same.
Also if I need to do it can I do it myself or is this the landlords job?
Hi everyone! I'm a DTV holder living near kukhot bts, in Pathumthani, a province right next to Bangkok. So I'm going to do my first 90 days report in person next month. Where should I go to do the report? Also regarding the TM30, how many days in advance before the 90 days report should the landlord do it for me? Thank you.
My landlord was not aware that he had to notify immigration and did not declare my arrival . I need to today apply for a non o visa but there is no tm 30 to show . Will I have problems . I intend to stay at the same address
I have been trying to fill out the TM30 form as a landlord for our condo with no luck. I have spent hours filling in all the fields with the correct information from our juristic office.
Any suggestions how I can get it completed and has any one else had this problem?
Can I get help at an immigration office, would they go through it with me?
I have the property title deed, blue book and passport.
This is a TM30 question ( I have browsed previous posts but can't find an answer). I left Thailand in late April but had signed a contract for a new apartment, starting 1 May. I will not return to Thailand until late July. Landlord is asking re the TM30 form. From what I have read here, I need to ( or my landlord) needs to submit the form on my return and not now (as you need an entry stamp to upload). I do have a re-entry permit. Many thanks for any clarification.
I came back by flight to DMK late afternoon Friday 2nd and I need to do my TM30 (I know it’s the landlady’s responsibility but she refuses to do it) and 90 day notification. But are the immigration offices closed because it’s a holiday?
I finished my dtv and aprroved, but now need to sign the 90 days. I'm in a difficult situation - I recently moved from Chiang Mai to a new apartment in Lat Phrao, Bangkok, but the landlord refuses to provide his ID. Because of that, I can’t submit the TM30 form and update my address. My visa extension appointment is in the next few days - I urgently need a solution. If anyone has advice or has dealt with something similar - I’d really appreciate your help.
