if you go to their website, you will find all the details on where they are based and how to contact them. You can also google for reviews, but I can tell you from personal experience they were very good. They seem to employ a specific mentor in each country, who takes you through what is required, how and when etc, and explains the whole procedure to you.

Okay .... maybe the UK has different regs... but an agent to renew a passport? Don't think it is a possibility. But if I am wrong send me the name of an outfit that does US.

until recently it was estimated 12-16 weeks... It was a surprise he got it back so quick, but with all the disputes in uk I suppose it's a bit of a lottery now?

the actual passport costs 3500...2 trips Bangkok... Minimum 3000? That's 7500....2500 for drop off pick up service? Up to you..... You run around getting there twice! And the embassy forms etc... Up to you. Personally I think its not bad... And at the end of the day the original post was an agent and cost... That's what I've given.

a friend used them recently, it took about 6 or 7 weeks... To be fair the passport office is responsible for the time element.... He recommends to everyone.
