Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I have a question for anyone who has used a visa agency to get them both the bank account and the visa. I am probably going this route but I would like to know if anyone has had any real difficulties doing it this way? Apart from having to use the same agency for future extensions, is there anything else to be aware of? The agency is in Bangkok and they seem great, but I live in a different province (not too faraway) and I'm just wondering if I'll run into other difficulties. I have had so many obstacles put in front of me to open a bank account and then get the extension on a Non O visa that I am feeling (probably) overly cautious. Pros and cons? Thanks. This is my first time applying for an Ed visa in Thailand. I am currently on a 30 day tourist visa. Can anyone please tell me how to find out if a self-defense school is government approved and accepted for Ed Visa? I found a school in my area that seems great but they require the full years tuition up front. I really don't want to make a mistake with the Ed Visa because I don't want to be banned for 5 years.

Hey gang, are there services/agents that are able to provide business visa and work permit, for a fee? I recently came across someone who does this.. and it seems a good deal?

Seems a bit too good to be true since it's "only" about double what an ed visa would be, but without any of the hassle of employees, rent, etc that a regular business setup would cost. The only stipulation is I pay the foreign salary tax (about 20k) at the end of the year.

Is this a thing... that's a thing?

Been offered a good visa deal but would like some advice (wary of fake stamps)

For context:

They mentioned they don't have a website but their name is NP thai visa services or western university

They are based in Buriram and are doing around 50K-70KTHB for a 1 year stamp

So im curious, IF it is a fake stamp, what are the consequences?

Recently I did an ED visa and was promised online classes, then weeks later it was changed to 2-4 in person classes/week, but I cannot do that as I’m busy with my online business

Do you know Thai Visa Centre in BangNa? they are Visa agency, so with them you have no need to go to immigration or show bank statements, they only need passpoirt and photos, then they take care of everything?

I have been doing some research into the Thailand Elite visa. Is this a legitimate government scheme and not a scam? Does anyone have first hand experience of the scheme?
