If your under consideration till 24 Feb then you'll most probably be on 60 day covid extension as there's no under consideration period for 60 day visit family extension. You just get the 60 day. You can still get the 60 day visit family extension at a later date but you can only get that once per (at most offices)

strictly speaking you don't really need it. In my experience as long as the tm 30 is done, and is properly saved, then immigration will check it on the system and cross check it against the tm7 (if you're going for extension) and all should be good. Doesn't Hury to have it printed out. I once had a shit bag landlord who would fill out the form, take a screen shot, then not save it, thus not being properly registered on the immigration system.

thats why you should go with a reputable landlord. I had to move twice because of arsehole landlords. Plenty of good landlords out there at the moment
