Hi guys, my previous landlord give me the blue TM30 for my 90 days report like in the picture, but now my new landlord can’t give me same blue TM30, now can only provide Tm30 like the yellow screenshot .

They said they couldn’t make it to give me the blue tm30 screenshot.

Does anybody have same experience or maybe know how to get the blue tm30 version

Thank you, hope you guys have a nice evening

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry addresses the issue of receiving a yellow TM30 receipt instead of the traditional blue version for the required 90-day report while living in Thailand. Responses clarify that both receipts serve the same purpose for reporting residence, even though they are generated through different platforms (mobile app vs. website). Users discuss alternative ways to obtain the necessary TM30 documentation, including personal filing or screen capturing receipts. Recommendations for applications used to file TM30s are also shared.

There are THREE possible ways to show a receipt that you or your land lord filed a TM30.

BOTH the mobile app and the website have no 'print receipt' function so you access the data and take a screen grab and print it

IF you file the paper TM30 you get the bottom
***
of the first page of the application as the receipt paper

The three look like this;

so they can accept only one of them? I have the browser version printing.

But still curious to get the apps version, if you know the apps link maybe you wanna share here?🙏😁

I hope they will accept it, you don’t want to go back forward doing it to their building 🙈😅

The blue one looks like it was done on an app whereas the yellow one looks as though it’s done on a web browser

I don’t. Sorry. I have not yet had to do a 90 day report and our landlord did the TM30 for us.

Doesn't matter. Both do same thing.

Did you experience this? They accept the browser version?

@Joes*****
strictly speaking you don't really need it. In my experience as long as the tm 30 is done, and is properly saved, then immigration will check it on the system and cross check it against the tm7 (if you're going for extension) and all should be good. Doesn't Hury to have it printed out. I once had a shit bag landlord who would fill out the form, take a screen shot, then not save it, thus not being properly registered on the immigration system.

Sometimes they just don't want to do the tramit themselves. One possibility is to ask them for the docs and do it yourself in person.

I think Juan means "tramite" which means procedure in Spanish according to Google. He may not know that it is not an English word and not a word people who speak English would understand unless they know Spanish.

not a word I've come across before. I can often guess Spanish words as I speak Italian and there are shared roots ... this one flummoxed me!
