TLDR : Answer Summary
To report your new address to the immigration office in Thailand, you can have your landlord do it on your behalf, as they are usually responsible for registering your address. Your landlord will need your passport photo and visa stamp photo. They can perform the registration online through the Immigration's extranet platform (https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/). If you prefer to handle it yourself, you can visit the immigration office directly, but note that this may involve travel costs. Some commenters suggest checking with local police stations as an alternative.

Go to Immigration office yourself. This way you know for sure it is done. Otherwise go to a Visa company but I am sure you will pay more. You do not want a fine or face possible deportation.

Your landlord should do it online or try at the local police station

If the landlord has done it properly then theres nothing for you to do. ask them for the screen shot once they have completed the form for your records.

Your landlord should do it for you and you should provide passport photo visa and stamp photo.

Your landlord should first make a registration and would receive and email there often can end up in the Spam mail box first after that the landlord can register you

thats why you should go with a reputable landlord. I had to move twice because of arsehole landlords. Plenty of good landlords out there at the moment

My point was more the tenant can often help after it's not that hard and also often enough to explain it won't take any real effort and effect tax in life it's about finding solution not making problems

Many landlords would not know how to do it and also are scared to do it after they think then tax will come after them but that is not the case anyways it's a bit late not for the OP
