This is the website to register TM30 for foreigner tenants

If they don’t have yet, they can always create new account with the right address

To create : need blue book and need title deed (ownership documents)

To register new tenant : need tenant passport, last stamp arrival page and visa page

Owner can do it

Agent can do it

Tenant can do it

*owner has right not to share this id and password, also means they have to provide the correct tm30
