Yes mate once u already have a none immigrants B visa for working within Thailand when its due to end u just go along to your local immigration office, but whoever u work for should have told u this

Why didn't u just renew your none immigrants B visa at your local immigration office? ? I've heard no paperwork needed in great details if just renewing it, but getting your first one then that's a different kettle of fish
