my understanding is the agent cannot get you a bank account with the new rules if you are a tourist

I am flying to Cambodia and will apply for the non-O immigrant visa there

Ok I was able to get what o needed …. AT 7-11!!!! Got the SIM card there, then the company sold me the phone.

I will go to Cambodia and get the Non-O there and return, so I will be able to get the bank account
