In June I will have a had my retirement visa for one year and will need another year extension. In Jomtien Beach. Does anyone have the official list of documents I need to do that in June? I was at immigration for a 90 Day check in and the line at information was 2 hours to get it. Can’t find it online.

PS I did the 800,000 for the first year, but have been doing the 65,000+ transfers every month to convert to that so I can get my 800,000 back.

Thanks for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on the official documentation needed to extend their retirement visa in Jomtien Beach after one year. They have difficulty finding this information online and have experienced long waits at the immigration office. Community members suggest checking local resources like the Pattaya City Expats Club for updated information and emphasize the importance of bank statements reflecting the required financial history. Other comments discuss discrepancies in the documentation and point out the challenge of navigating immigration procedures.

You have time take a trip to Bkk go visit Samut Prakarn immi and get all the forms you need in 5mins...take a few copies to practice on then submit at Jomtien when ready..

Best that you grin and bear it and obtain the most recent requirements yourself. One thing to bear in mind is that your bank statements will need to go back as far as the date you received your current extension so they can see you've met the requirements of it

The last update was in December, so about three months ago. I was there three weeks ago and it was still the same. Immigration simply doesn’t update their lists that often.

Don’t think it’s online either, but this is the last updated list from December last year.

this looks like the conversion sheet to non-O but there's a lot of confusing things in it if that's the case. Like why would they even mention non-OA in that case.

I agree it looks somewhat like a hybrid, but that’s what you get from immigration when applying for an extension.

Non O-A is likely mentioned because you can also apply for an extension on that basis. Otherwise, it appears to be a local mix of requirements for an in-country Non O application and an extension. That may also explain why Jomtien applies the same seasoning requirements for a Non O as for an extension.

yeah but they also listed tourist visa, which wouldn't have anything to do with an extension. This sheet is a mess
