Are there specific requirements for the 65,000 transfer into my account each month for the next 12 months? I probably will use Wise from my USA account. Do I remember reading something about how it has to be labeled?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When transferring 65,000 THB monthly into a Thai bank account for the purpose of a long stay visa, it is important to label these transfers correctly as being from overseas. This labeling allows immigration to recognize the deposits as legitimate income from abroad. Additionally, some immigration offices may require that these monthly deposits appear averaged on your bank statement.
Yes it must be flagged into your Thai bank account as from overseas I think the drop down has something about long stay in Thailand. Then when you present documention/statements at immigration all the deposits will be flagged as coming from outside Thailand
