Dose not matter. Flying to Thailand from your home country makes you not fit their profile of who they are screening for.

The only issue really occurs is when you need to extend or you need something from immigration. No one is checking to see if it being done until you visit immigration. So if you come in on a DTV and leave before your six months and come back and you don’t do the 90 day report, and you have no police involvement no one will no or care.

Not really an issue. Except they may ask you to come to the consulate. This happened to me with my last visa application. I got a twp day notice.

Why did you use a Thai Bank Account? You should use your normal bank account vs trying to arrange things in a certain way in order to get a Visa. It sort of looks suspicious.

It should mirror what is on your passport for the most part. My passport only says the country that I was born in. So I had the city and country.

I gave them a letter from broker that states I have a liquid account value of xxxxx. I have no issues with that for my spousal visa.

not right. You can get a non immigrant O visa from outside of the country without a Thai bank account. The when you enter the country you can get a Thai bank account. Anyway go to the visa portal and you will see how it works.
