Hello, I would like to know after got DTV Visa, can apply for another job in other country (not in thailand).Please kindly explain about that.

My employer based in Germany wants to know if there are any requirements for him if I work for him permanently in Thailand with the DTV.

He is aware that tax and social security matters need to be clarified. But are there any other requirements that need to be taken into account?

He is worried that he will have to deal with the Thai authorities.

Has anyone here applied for a remote job with NGO? I haven’t seen any posts about it in this group and would love to hear about your experiences.

I have a Non O extension of stay (based on having a Thai child).

I have had a work permit without issue for the last 2 years.

A potential new job advises I have to leave the country to change my Non O extension of stay to a Non B to be able to work for them. The employer is in a different province.

Can anyone clarify if i absolutely have to leave to country? Surely I should just be able to continue working with the Non O?

I Have concern,

We hired 1 Filipino citizen,currently travelling in Thailand and have been offered a job in Denmark.

She accepted the job in Denmark and the employers lawyer is in the process of applying for her work permit Right now. For that,she have to go to the Danish embassy and do biometrics and get a visa stamp for Denmark.

Question?

The visa is applied via SIRI in Denmark, but she can do biometrics and get a visa stamp at a Danish embassy in Bangkok Thailand?

Anyone know if there's an upper age limit on getting a work permit?

Hello and thank you for accepting my request to join the group!

I'm trying to get my head around the work visa and permit process. So I just accepted a job offer from the school, and they say I start next Monday. I asked him about the work visa and he said that I will hand over the documents to them on the coming Monday and I can start working the same day as long as the documents are submitted. Is this true? Or is he trying to pull the wool over my eyes by throwing some technical jargon over me? (He mentioned something about a waiver, but I didn’t quite catch him)
