I had a problem a few weeks ago and chase told me to speak to their “transfer department”. After being transferred over (no pun) I spoke to a person who took care of everything (sending to Cambodia) after I was striking out. Also they sent the confirmation number to my recipients email. The whole thing was quite lovely because I was really struggling and they untied all the knots effortlessly.
Every bank has a “transfer department”. Normally you have to ask a human to transfer you. That department may jn fact just do it for you and send you a link to authorize prior to execution.
IDL or Thai. But depending on where you are can use your home license but I would suggest carrying your passport then if you go that route. Worst case you get ticket and pay fine. Unlikely you will be screwed about having your bike or car get towed (very rare and you have to be a real asshole) since it’s a rental.
