How much cost for open a business in thailand ?

How to get visa for 1 year in base of that business ?

Someone told me that for business I need to first open a bank account and then I need 1 thai partner 51% and then need

Open company and that will be open in 25000 and there I need 3 thai worker

And in company need some money like 2 million bhat ( please help me I am working as a astrologer and If I don't has that has such 2 million amount then does any visa agent or company can help to open company and get visa for 1 year

And

What is process of marriage ? There I seen need to put 400000bhat in bank account ,,, if yes then how long I need to put and when I can take out that amount.

Company incorporation = around THB 60,000 to THB 100,000 & 7% VAT excluding disbursements

Non-Immigration B visa = around THB 30,000 & 7% VAT excluding disbursements

Work Permit = THB 35,000 & 7% VAT excluding disbursements.

 the Thai authorities are cracking down on Nominee companies, illegal working, overstaying etc....

The average price for a work permit is around THB 35,000 & 7%.

Often foreigners contact an agent or Thai lawyer when they have messed-up the process.

You, personally, cannot incorporate a Thai LLC.

Therefore, for people who want the job done properly, you shall need to hire a professional.
