why don't u just get the non o based on marriage in UK before coming here? It's really easy mate and u don't show funds or medical etc. It'll save u messing about when ur here instead of relaxing with ur family

U don't need a medical certificate or police check to get the non O based on married to Thai. I recommend u get that visa before coming to Thailand

The work Permit isn't connected to the visa because they're 2 different products

that's what I do anyway to keep things simple just bounce out then in every 90 days but like I said I don't mind doing that, although many complain about it

so u can't go local immigration every 60 days but only every 90 outside Thailand but once 15 months is up then get the 60 at immigration?

i get your point now, you mean once your non o has nearly expired the 15 months then go to local immigration and get another 60 days? but you can get 19 months out of it by doing 2 30 day runs after the 17 months, but i just go to savannaket every 15 months to save all that business. I thought you meant going to local immigration every 60 days instead of leaving Thailand every 90 lol

I just go to maisai every 90 days but I don't mind really
