did you line up the muay thai gym before you applied ? i imagine you did since thats how you applied? what country did you apply from ? im in the US.

go on a tourist 60 day visa exempt then line up a teaching job. they should help you get your work visa if they are a legit school. once in thailand you can check out where and what schools .

your 65k baht income every month from your pension is fine. just use one requirement. keep it simple. your monthly pension is the requirement.

if he cant qualify for a retirement visa he can get the DTV. financial requirements are less.

Jan Kenneth Nesland thats 270 days on a 6 month validity of this visa. that makes it a 9 month visa.. not likely they will extend you 3 times without you leaving thailand.

Leigh May its only valid for 6 months from the time your approved.. then each time you leave that has to be factored in. say you go to vietnam for a week and return to thailand. most likely 60 + 7 + 60+30 total 150 days in thailand.. doubt immigration will give you that last 60 day stamp if it puts you past the 6 month validity

A change flight charge is around $150. plus the difference in fares. its still alot less than a return on a round trip booking.
