Hi all. It's my first time working as a teacher in Thailand, I got a non-B visa from Laos. My work permit is short and will expire on 30th September, however my non-B will expire on 4th November! Is it true I have to exit Thailand when my work permit expires or can I stay in Thailand till the non-B visa expires in November?

I’m a student at Mae Fah Luang University and I’m facing a bit of a problem. My first 3-month ED visa will expire on September 25, but I’m still waiting for my school to finish the paperwork needed for my full-year visa extension.

The process might take more than two weeks, and I’m worried I won’t be able to extend my visa in time. I’m hoping it’s possible to get a 1-month extension first while I wait for the documents so I don’t overstay.

Any advice or tips from fellow students who have gone through this would be really appreciated!

Hello everyone, I understood that as a German I have 30 days no visa needed for Thailand, but today I received this stamp. I’m a bit confused, I thought I needed to apply ahead of time to get 60 days. Does this mean I’m good for 60 days?

Hello All, May I know does anyone of DTV holders who stayed more than 90 consecutive days in Thailand have ever submit 90days report, please?

What happen to DTV holders after half a year if they wish to stay in Thailand?

Can they extend automatic for another half a year until they reach 5 years?

Does anyone know how far ahead of the expiration of the initial 180 days can I extend my DTV for another 180 days ?

And if I do it, let’s say, 2 weeks ahead, does the new 180 days kick in at that date or the end of the initial 180 days ? 🤔

Hi guys, staying in Thailand from July 3 - 2024 to January 27 - 2025, with two exits of 10 and 2 days in 2024, isn’t considered a tax resident in Thailand, right? Because in 2024 doesn’t exceed 180 days, and neither in 2025.

Hi, I’m planning on going to bangkok on a 30 day exemption + 30 day extension. I will be staying at a hotel for the first few days. Can I use the TM30 I get from there to apply for the extension? Or do I need to show them information about where I’m staying for the whole 60 days?

I'm from France. Ihave a question concerning the mutli entry tourist visa. Is it possible to enter in Thailand, stay 2 months (with extension), get out through the border 2 times and get 2 more months (with extension) each time with the same visa ?
