I believe SSA is not available if you live abroad. Regular social security payments are available if you live abroad in most countries.

It depends on the day. The markets have already been in bear territory but Trump keeps jerking around his tariff threats so the market is extremely volatile. Down, Up...down...if he fires Powell who knows how far it will fall. But Trump and his buddies can short and put the market and keep making money. Hard not to see this as market manipulation.
