never met a philpino with a neutral accent other than one that was from the USA. They speak perfect English but they have a Tagalog accent

50% of the Thai English teachers are Philippine and they are paid less. However, if the teach math and science they are paid an equal wage to farangs.

I can net it out for you at least in Thailand where I was an English teacher for 5 years. If you are not from the USA, U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand you are not 1st tier as a hire.

Looks easier than Issan as there you need numerous photographs of the family in front and outside of the houses. A map with directions from immigration to your house and 2 witnesses. This was the case in Khon Kaen. Regardless, marriage extensions are more difficult than retirement extensions by far.

I did it in Issan and it took 3 separate trips to immigration. Not a cake walk anywhere.
