If one moves to another province how do you take care of your 90 day report? Is it required to report back to the province where your Visa extension was granted?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to a new province in Thailand, you should visit the local immigration office in that province. You will need to file a TM28 form to report your change of address, and either you or your landlord must file a TM30 form to notify the authorities of your residence. After completing these steps, you can use the new immigration office for your 90-day reporting and future visa extensions.

You go to your NEW immigration office in the province you move to, possibly file a TM28 change of address form and you or your land lord file a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) and after that you can use that office for your 90 day reporting and your next extension.
