good question, by memory on my tourist visa i only filled in the extension of stay form, copy of my passport main page, passport photo and 1900 bhat, I'm sure that was it,

no report is necessary, you put down address you are staying, 1st time I extended last year I was in a hotel, Chiang wattanna gave me the extension, this year in a private house ( Nonthaburi) same thing no problem, when filling out the extension I just put my address easy, In saying that people's situation may e different

so long as you have proof the transfer came from overseas, it should be fine, I did mine Nonthaburi,

I have just obtained my extension at Nonthaburi, for the 90 days the money had to be In a Thai bank 30 days, when going for the extension it must be in the bank 60 days prior to application, this for the non 0 based on over 50

The tm30 is different I believe to the report dates.

we were not talking about that, it was the irregularity of having a report date on a 90 day non 0 based on retirement,

The fine is actually not exceeding 5000 bhat
