ORIGINAL POSTER
I called Khon Kaen immigration about the amnesty as my 90 day report was due,

She said I didn't have to do it, but advised me to go in as the office was quiet.

She said at the end of the amnesty everyone has to go in and do their report and the office will be extremely busy,

In and in 5 minutes, very pleasant.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user called Khon Kaen immigration regarding their 90-day report during the amnesty period and was told it wasn't mandatory but advisable to complete it early due to increased office traffic later on. The user had a quick and pleasant experience when they visited.
