Does moving to another province affect my NON-O 90-day visa extension process in Thailand?

Hi guys, i think i can do this, but you guys know a lot more than me, i am a non 0 90 day visa and will go for the extension of stay next month,

If i move to another provence before i apply, does it make a difference as it will be a different office i will deal with, or is it best to stay put till i get the extension?
