Khonkaen immigration is moving from terminal 3 bus station to Tambon Nonton situated approx 20. kilometers from khonkean heading towards Udon Thani, ( in-between Ban samran and Nam Phong) it's on the right hand side, it's a blue and white building, there is a blue and white tower also.
