Just a quick question, I have a non 0 based on retirement with a 12 month extension, and multiple entry permit.

I'm planning to head overseas and it says the day I get back is the start of my 90 day reporting, does this mean I report that day, or 90 days after I get back?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period for your NON-O retirement visa starts 90 days after you re-enter Thailand, not on the day you return.

90 days after you get back. Re-entering always resets the counter to 1.
