Do I need to present a TM30 form when applying for a re-entry visa in Thailand?

Just an update guys, im in Nonthaburi immigration now getting a re-entry visa and have been told i dont need to come back with a tm30 after leaving. I have been told to come back with the extension paperwork only, before the expiry date, of my 90 day non 0
