You set up a company employ 4 Thais and put 2 million baht on deposit at a bank to show you can pay them wages and if anyone tell you differently there are 111 immigration officers being investigated at the moment because of fake visas

 never had a problem and been using them for 6 years. A tip is to try to do when both banks are open. Or maybe just Bangkok bank is better
