buy bus ticket anywhere outside for cheap, just to a city right outside thailand. check 12goasia... obviously you can then throw it away...

well visa requirements normally depends on nationality, and nobody will be able to help you just by guessing it...

There are vans that do this everyday and its not expensive and you save yourself the hassle of the drive.

hola, como te dicen, no tenes ninguna extension posible, solo te queda salir y volver, trata de no hacer overstay porque despues se complica... no se donde estaras pero fijate que hay unas vans que hacen visa run a alguna frontera cercana y estan "arregladas" para que el tramite sea lo mas leve posible... si no la otra es esa que decis de viajar por avion pero ahi yo te recomiendo por ahi no volver a toque y quedarte un par de dias en donde sea que vayas.
